Legal Services Terms & Conditions

Coverage applies to member, spouse and up to six dependents under 21 years (unmarried & unemployed).
Waiting period: 3 months (general) and 6 months (litigation).
Pre-existing issues are excluded from discount coverage but may be handled at full cost.
Annual benefit limits vary by membership tier.
Membership must be active; suspension for detention or hospital stay is waived with proof.
We may send legal updates and partner offers relevant to members.
